Dottin-Haley
Junior Achievement
The Dottin-Haley Group has taken on a number of initiatives in service of Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans. JAGNO serves thousands of young people annually, and we were excited to support their team in developing programs that expose youth to digital media tools and training resources. Additionally, we supported JAGNO leadership by gathering dozens of stakeholders from their region to evaluate the organization's 5 year strategy.

Strategic advisory
Led a regional strategy vetting initiative for Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans, shifting their impact model from participant volume to career trajectory outcomes. Synthesized stakeholder research into clear recommendations on metrics, partnerships, and organizational posture needed to achieve deeper, measurable student impact.

Stakeholder Engagement
Sourced perspectives from dozens of leaders across education, workforce development, and economic development to ground JA's strategic shift in real institutional insight. Facilitated stakeholder interviews and focus groups that surfaced what partnerships and systems JA needs to achieve lasting student impact.

Program design & implementation
Designed and built experiential learning stations for Junior Achievement students, creating immersive opportunities to develop hands-on skills in digital media production, storytelling, and art creation. Each station was structured to turn creative tools into vehicles for self-expression and tangible skill-building.
